Accountability Reporting for the Community Colleges (ARCC)
The ARCC report is a performance measurement of the California Community College. It is in response to Assembly Bill 1417 which mandates the yearly compilation of data on college performance. The effort connects all 110 colleges and their various advisory boards, a panel of national experts, legislative analysts, the Department of Finance, The Secretary of Education working together to improve institutional outcomes.
