Students in the Culinary Arts Program reap the benefits of a program widely recognized for its dynamism, creativity and commitment to students. The program enjoys high visibility because of the close connection to restaurateurs and chefs in the Bay area. Students gain practical experience through their work in The Three Seasons on-campus restaurant and through catering engagements in the college service area.
The Program sponsors an Annual Food and Wine Event to raise funds for students to study in European programs. In spring 2008, the fund raiser welcomed 80 people, 30 restaurants and 25 micro-breweries to enjoy an afternoon of food, wine, music and fellowship.
